Summary: The hotel rooms were great and luxuries. The staff was very helpful and did everything to ensure that we had a great stay. The only issue was the AC, it did not blow any cold air and the thermostat in the room did not want to go below 20 degrees. Switzerland was having a heat wave so it would have been nice to cool off in the room.
